Sapphire Point – An intimate morning Elopement
Denver Documentary Cinematic Elopement Photographer
As a Denver documentary cinematic elopement photographer my job takes me all over. I’m lucky in that respect because the mountains of Colorado never get old. It was a beautiful late summer morning when I met Isabel & Kyle in Breckenridge for their elopement at Sapphire Point. The air was crisp and it was so refreshing to be in it. Their dog gave me plenty of snuggles and we set off to the reservoir to take some editorial style portraits in the full sun. Kyle grew up with the mastermind behind Yarrow & Spruce and she was kind enough to create a stunning bouquet & boutonniere & the prettiest floral attachment for their dog BMO. I adored getting to witness Isabel & Kyle say their vows to each other with their families standing beside them. It was such a perfect way to celebrate their relationship.
When I asked what their favorite thing about each other is they both answered their dog BMO which made me laught because my husband and I can certainly relate. Kyle further expressed that he loves her unwavering love for the things and people she loves – there is no room for compromise on that issue. Isabel told me that Kyle is adaptable in a way that is very unique – he can adapt but never lets go of who he is and his individuality. I saw these things first hand as I photographed their big day. What a treat to get to know these beautiful people!
I was gifted my grandfather’s polaroid camera recently and I was so happy to put it to use for them as well!
